CSS Celebrates 8th Grade Night; Woodington's A and B Teams Takes the Victory

Woodington Sweeps CSS on Eighth Grade Night

Woodington picked up a pair of wins over Contentnea-Savannah School, taking both the A and B team matches in straight sets.

The A team opened strong, winning 25-11 in the first set before closing it out 25-19 in the second. The B team kept the momentum going, pulling out a tight 25-22 win in the opener and finishing the night with a 25-16 victory.

It was also 8th Grade Night for CSS, celebrating the final home game for eighth graders Maddie Howard, Macy Herring, and Allena Stanley, who were recognized for their contributions to the program.
