WHY ARE THEY GOOD?
They FIGHT. They fight for every possession. They are scrappy, they have some size, they have talent, but most importantly they come to play no matter the competition. Their fans travel very well and they are rowdy, you feel them during the games. Team is led by their fast pace, incredible defense, and tremendous athleticism. Adding on top of all of that they are very all around, they have some size, they have some shooters, they have slashers, they have just enough to be a threat at all positions.
PREDICTION:
This will be a WAR. Just like I said Martin Co fights, so does Kinston. Kinston isn’t backing down both these are about to go blow to blow. What I do like for Kinston is I feel like they matchup size wise perfectly. The matchups will be interesting but I think right now Kinston is more dangerous when Jamarion Washington, Genesis Wiggins, AND Keyshawn Herring are all scoring. Playoff Gen brings another element to Kinston basketball we have seen all year, along as Kinston keeps sharing the ball, playing defense, crashing boards and playing for each other I have Kinston winning a VERY VERY VERY INTENSE GAME. Nothing but respect for both teams, I have Kinston by 2.

WHY ARE THEY GOOD?
They are balanced and they take care of the ball. Northwood is very well coached and it shows in their play. They have many different weapons wether its Roberts from the outside, to either Glover sister in the paint or Neah Henry doing the utility work. Their whole starting 5 can score. The Glover girls are very dangerous on the offensive boards. This is a well balanced team that is battle tested and poised.
PREDICTION:
This is a very good matchup. Two very good coached teams that have a well balanced attack. I think Goldsboro is better. They have the size to matchup and I think they have the mismatch with who ever will be guarding Aziyah Boyer in the paint and Imari Buckom on the premrimiter. Buckom, Nieirah Smith and Alissa Brown on defense is suffocating. Between the three of them they avg over 10 steals a game. I have Goldsboro winning by 8-10 points.
