-Northwood is battle tested has played some elite competition like Southern Alamance, Seaforth, Western Alamance, Nash Central, Orange, and other Central NC teams.
-Senior Guard Alyia Roberts lead the team in scoring 11 ppg, Sr Shaylah Glover average 9.9 ppg. They do have a paint players that look like they might be sisters with the last name of Glover #20 and #30 both avg around 7 rebounds per game.
