The Frink Middle School girls basketball team turned in a dominant performance on Tuesday, rolling past Arendell 38–6 in a game that highlighted both growth and effort.

Jamya Lewis led the way with 26 points and 12 steals, setting the tone early and fueling Frink on both ends of the floor.

The victory marked Frink’s fifth win this season, the most the program has recorded in the past two years. Prior to head coach Jamie Mason taking over, the team had combined for just two wins across two seasons.

Mason credited the team’s work ethic and commitment, particularly on defense.

“Team played very well. I push them in practice, it carry over in the game. One thing about this group of girls, they play very hard on the defensive end,” Mason said.

With continued improvement and buy-in from the roster, Frink’s progress this season is showing up clearly on the scoreboard.
